Equipment introduction
In the process of meat product processing and production, raw materials need to be processed into granular meat fillings of different specifications according to different technological requirements to ensure thorough mixing with other auxiliary materials and meet the production needs of various products. During operation, the equipment cuts raw meat into small pieces through the shearing effect formed by the rotating cutting blades and the perforated blades on the perforated plate. Meanwhile, under the push of the screw's squeezing force, the raw materials are continuously discharged from the machine. According to the physical properties of the raw materials (such as hardness and fiber structure) and specific process standards, suitable cutting tools and orifice plates can be configured.
This process achieves efficient processing through the coordinated operation of the blade and the screw: The rotating blade and the cutting edge of the orifice plate form a precise shearing system, which can control the size of the minced meat particles. The structural design of the screw ensures the uniform transportation of materials and avoids damage to the meat quality caused by squeezing. This modular configuration method can not only meet the coarse crushing processing requirements of frozen meat, but also achieve fine mincing of fresh meat, providing standardized meat filling raw materials for subsequent processes such as stuffing and filling preparation.
